The thing is, I didn't have this moment at all; I was going deeper and deeper into proving myself. In my experience, the longer you stay in the system, the less self-confidence and the more self-doubt you have, which makes it almost impossible to see what's really going on while you're in it. In my case, something extremely drastic had to happen for me to leave the shitty agency (them winning several Gold Lions with my idea, uncredited), and then years of therapy afterwards to see with more clarity what had really been going on.
